By creating an account or using Conspirita, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Jeremy Roberts, the operator of Conspirita (“we”, “us”, “our”).
You must be at least 13 years old to use Conspirita. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at jeremy.e.roberts@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the campaign content you create in Conspirita — your worlds, factions, NPCs, and all related data. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service for you.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.

Conspirita is free to use for core functionality. Certain AI generation features require a premium subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies for premium plans will be communicated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change what features are included in the free tier at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
AI generation features produce content probabilistically. We make no guarantee that generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before relying on it.
Ownership of AI-generated output follows applicable law in your jurisdiction and the terms of the underlying model provider (Anthropic). We do not assert any ownership over content generated on your behalf.
We provide Conspirita on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service as a whole at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes where possible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Conspirita is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that data will never be lost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Conspirita, including loss of data. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Conspirita after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
